La manifestarea de la Primăria Brașov a fost prezent și președintele Federației Române de Atletism, brașoveanul Florin Florea, președintele Asociației Județene de Atletism, Silviu Prescornițoiu, dar și un oaspete de peste hotare, Christian Delerue, măsurator al federației internaționale de Atletism, care va măsura cu ajutorul dispozitivului ,,Jones Counter” şi printr-o serie de procedee ştiinţifice de calibrare şi verificare, traseul Crosului 15 Noiembrie.
